Kaitlin Culucundis-Parry is a Greek-American photographer and director based between Los Angeles and New York whose work explores women, performance, and the mythology of contemporary culture.

A graduate of The New School (B.A., Visual Art, 2011), she began her career documenting New York City's live music and nightlife scenes, contributing a weekly photo column to the Village Voice and ongoing work to VICE. During this period she also worked as a studio manager for fashion photographer Max Vadukul, and later toured internationally as a live music photographer with artists including SIa, Miguel, Major Lazer, Flosstradamus, and Griz.

This decade-plus immersion in nightlife and music culture forms the basis of Girl Gang, an ongoing photographic archive documenting women in clubs, backstage spaces, and underground nightlife between 2009 and 2016.

In 2023, Culucundis-Parry founded Kind Lady Studios, a Los Angeles-based photography studio specializing in portrait, product, and commercial work for hospitality, lifestyle, and luxury clients.

She has since expanded into directing, beginning with music videos and moving into narrative short film. Her debut short, The Knock, was an official selection at four film festivals and won Best Horror Short at the San Antonio Fear Fest. She is currently in production on her second short, The Clown Room.
